SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Orders may take up to 3 business days to process & verify credit card information. Please allow 5­-7 business days for your order to be received, after processing.

 

We ONLY ship to addresses that are confirmed with Paypal. If an address is unconfirmed, will need additionional information to further process your order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day, excluding holidays. A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, we will exchange them for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds.

If there is a discrepancy with your merchandise, you must contact our sales departments within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise with a detailed description addressing your complaint.

If there is a valid discrepancy with your merchandise, we will be more than happy to compensate you with another product of equal or lesser value after we have received the original merchandise in its original unaltered form.

Due to the nature of the products, we will not accept any merchandise that has been tampered with in ANY way. All merchandise must be in its original purchasing state to be considered for exchange. We must receive the merchandise before being considered for an exchange. Shipping for returned merchandise must be paid for by the customer.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

SALE ITEMS SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Any items labeled as "pre­order, deal, sale, special," etc., will need 5­-12 business days before being shipped due to large quantities, although in most cases it is sooner. Tracking information will be sent via email. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email. Shipping is priority and expedited delivery is not available.
